Baby green stool and vomit
My baby is 4 months old completely on breast feed weighing 5.8 kg.She has been passing green loose stools 3-4 times a day.She has been prescribed Bifilac gg granules and cefolac 50 mg for greenish loose stools as her stool reports detected mucus and reducing substance positive.Today she has also taken her vaccination for DTAP3, Rota 3, HIB 3, PCV 3 and had taken babygesic drops for fever against vaccination. she took all 3 above medication at night. However post midnight she has vomitted  thrice after each feed.Is this due to taking all three medicine same time. Please advise if any medicines need to be stopped or changed.

The vomittings can be a part of tummy upset she is experiencing or maybe an isolated event.. please maintain hydration as recurrent vomiting can lead to loss of fluid and electrolytes by adequate fluid replenishment, WHO ORS in case vomiting and diarrhea continues and monitor urine output to be above at 4-5 times a day... also consult the paed you are currently taking advice from as they will be best judge as regards medicines. Regards.

Vomiting may be related to medicines. Give domstal suspension 0.8ml for vomiting (strength 1mg per 1 ml). But meet a pediatrician as vomiting can cause dehydration and weakness. Give Electral ORS to drink for hydration.
