Baby got skin problem in head area

My one and a half year old baby has got a skin problem in her head..it seemed like pickley heat at first sight..but now these are increasing and the beecome little bigger in size..it is causing itchyness..the redness of these in head nd forehead are making me worried.she is having cold and cough too..what should i do now to cure it?plz help
