Baby girl not pooping
Baby girl was born on 29th December 2022 with 2.6 kgs weight. From that time the baby is not pooping but passing gas sometimes. We met the children doctor 2 times after and he gave Enema due to which she pooped. She is 21 days old as of 18th jan 2023. We are using digestion syrup and constipation syrup for baby but she is still not pooping without enema. Is there any issue to be worried for the baby and what we need to do resolve this.

Obviously it is a problem, if child not passing motion on its own ever after birth (only if by enema)
Can get a USG abdomen done and Thyroid profile.
I hope feed is enough for the child and child is gaining weight.
