Baby girl having constipation
My baby girl aged 20 months is suffering fr om constipation from last 20 days. She poops well when given lactulose but in the absence of lactulose she faces constipation problem. Dietary changes as suggested by doctor are already made but constipation problem persists. Please suggest as what to do ? My doctor suggesting continue 5ml twice per day lactulose for one month.

Constipation needs holistic approach. Water intake and dietary managements are the most impoy treatment besides medication. Child should have soft poop else it will create fear in her mind. Avoid maida and excessive milk. Consult if required.

Hi, It will take few more months for the constipation to resolve
