Babies born prematurely have less developed organs,and this causes problems,starting with the lungs,which manifests immediately after delivery.
For this,babies have to be given respiratory support and a drug called surfactant in the lungs directly.
It's impossible to predict recovery period,but follow what your paediatrician tells you.
