2 yr baby girl with Fever 100°
Hi Dr.,
My 2.5 year old baby girl started having fever since few hrs today. We are monitoring, temperature was between 98-100 and at 2pm today we gave paracetamol fever cyrup. At 4pm the temperature was 97°. Please suggest what can we do further.

as it is first day of fever , just give paracetamol to baby .U can repeat the medicine after 6 hrs. if any COVID positive or contact, monitor child and consult pediatrician immediately. u need to consult pediatrician if baby develops high fever or fever persist or child develop any other symptoms like vomiting, loose stools, cough etc

Continue paracetamol for 1 day. If any new symptoms talk to any pediatrician.
