You can't give animal milk to baby less than 1year. It has high solute load, protein that is not easily digestable.
Next Steps
start complementary feeding. you can give formula feed if mother's milk is insufficient

Cow milk and buffalo milk are not recommended below 1 year of age. The reasons are it does not have the correct nutrients, is difficult to digest and there is risk of intestinal bleeding and also there is risk of dehydration due to high solute load leading to pressure on the kidneys. The baby is not mature enough to handle it. Best is to start home cooked semi solid and solid foods.

It is better to avoid animal milk during infancy as it contains more amount of proteins which are of different kind and difficult to digest and risk of allergy. As the baby completed 6 months you can start giving complementary feeds too along with milk to match the calorie requirements.
Next Steps
Best preferred are the powdered formulas because of less chances of contamination. You can use Lactogen stage 2 (1 scoop in 30ml preboiled warm water)
Health Tips
The hands should be washed thoroughly with soap and water before preparing feed and the feeding bottle should be washed thoroughly in boiling water.

Breastfeeding should be continued upto 2 yrs of age along with complementary feeding starting from 6 months of age. Refrain from giving cows milk and buffalo milk as the protein content of those milk are more and it will be difficult for the babies to digest those milks and might cause allergic symptoms
Next Steps
Try to continue breastfeeding . If you are not getting breast milk at all then try infant formula along with other weaning foods.
