Hello. I presume that you have initiated complementary feeds in your child. Once started, you need to be aware about a number of food items that your child can consume. Mashed banana, pureed fruits all, mashed potato with a bit of salt, to make it calorie dense you can had desi ghee to it. Please continue breast feeds exclusively for a little longer before you start giving these meals. No bottle feed.

Exclusive breast feed is recommended till 6 months.

Exclusive BF should be givven till 6completed months... After that you can guve rice water, dal water, fruits juices....then gradually start semisolid food..

Mother’s milk is the best food for children till 6 months. So, only breast feed and don’t give any complementary food till 6 months
