Most important is continue to breastfeed the baby
Add semisolid like kichdi/daliya smashed vegetables fruits,boiled egg white ,ganji 5 times a day around half cup/ based on demand
Water can be given on demand or after food half cup
You can feed 5 times a day
For example -
Morning breakfast like ragi porridge / wheat porridge / upma
Mid afternoon snack - fruits
Lunch - mashed dal rice with vegetables /dal khichdi
Evening snack- fruit or cerelac
Dinner - dal khichdi ,/ vegetable dalia
You should give sips of water throughout the day in between foods ..
