Dear parents , According to me every mother have enough milk to nurture the baby. Breastfeeding is an art, hold the baby in one arm keeping his head at elbow joint and the buttocks in the palm of same arm and feed the baby for 15to20minutes. Hold the Baby outer palm in between the thumb and index finger and press the palm when ever baby sleep or stop feeding. Baby should be in one arm &not in lap After feeding put the baby on left shoulder and pat just behind stomach level for 5mintues to burpe. Baby burp 3to5times. After feeding lay down on right side of baby with a small pillow under the head so that head is above level of stomach. While breastfeeding before &during mother should drinks lot of water.

Breast milk is not sufficient if urine is not passed 8 to 10times a day, or weight gain is not at the rate of 25 to 30grams a day . If so mother should have more liquids in diet & add some milk enhancing things like galact powder mix ed in her milk. & secondly add formula milk to baby like NANPRO Crying of baby may be because of some other reason like abdominal colic
