Baby diagnosed with ear infection..

Asked for Male, 1 Years

Baby was given calpol and then nurophen alternatively... It helped reducing fever but the temp kept spiking after medicine was wearing off. Doc gave antibiotic amoxicillin which has pencilin.. and told to repeat calpol and nurophen to control fever.. fever is almost in control but he poops loose motion when I administer dose of antibiotics... His hands and legs are cold but forhead only heats up when he gets a temperature... He has lost his appetite on second day of antibiotic.. doc has suggested five day course.. is there anything I can do to increase appetite and control his temp..
