Baby cough and sneezing

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Dear sir Baby age 11 month running and weight 8.5kg since 10 days she was having sneezing . It was not reducing .and since yesterday cough was started . Might be my dought is she was getting upper teeth out . She got already lower 2 little teeth full . Is Der any teeth reason . And she was not eating any Dalia or rice or idly like earlier .just milk drinking . Pls advice am using citrizine syrup for sneezing and nostril drop . And kindly advice cough syrup pls . Thanks
