Hello my baby is 1yr 3months old today his body temperature is little high as i checked his body temperature is 99.5 is this normal or fever can i give paracetamol drops how much ml shouldbe given

its not normal body temperature .
need to observe for symptoms like cough, cold,l oose motions ,vomiting, refusal for food, crying while passing urine
its always better to visit doctor physically and consult so pediatrician have proper examination and give you correct advise and treatment for your child.

Keep proper hydration...if you can feel the high temperature by checking through skin contact give paracetamol syrup 2ml
