Baby back of head sweating and warm
Hi my baby is 2 months old,his head is warm from few days, I did check temperature his axillary temperature is 98.3, but head is warm and it's back of head is sweating,he is having cold since 3 days, may I know is this normal?

Armpit temperature over 99. F is a fever .
As baby is having cold he might be having fever also .
This is not normal.
