  4. B12 deficiency. Will it affect my baby?

Hi dr, I had vitamin b12 deficiency during pregnancy i was having neurobion forte. Post pregnancy i stopped having now i feel still it's not cured, I'm feeding my baby & she is 3 weeks old. Can i continue the tablet & will it affect my baby?
