Vitamin D deficiency pregnancy
Hi,
Currently 14th week pregnancy
My vitamin D levels are 24 so today doctor recommended 60k weekly for 3months is it safe this much dosage per week in pregnancy
Or else if I take monthly 60k enuf or what
If not which dosage is safe per how many days kindly let me know
