B12- 202, vit d -20, ldl -136, t. Chl212
My blood and vitamins test shows vit d and b 12 is deficiency, and ldl level is 136, and total cholesterol is 212 , hdl level is in normal range, should I take any proper medication or exercise and healthy food is sufficient.

Hi Take2 to 3glasses of low fat milk a day( curd and panneeralso from low fat milk can be consumed have egg whites atleast 5 times times ( 2 no’s). Instead of white rice consume more of wheat and other grains like oats, millets etc. Consume 1 to 2 tsp of chia seeds by soaking in water and drinking it It provides good cholesterol. Avoid butter, ghee and limit consumption of foods fried in oil, pickles foods with plenty of preservatives. Brisk walking thirty mins with 15 to 20 mins of cardio exercise five times a week need to be followed

Deficiency could be either shortfall from the diet or poor absorption in the gut.Check for this first.

Vit D and B12 supplements required if it’s severely defecit. For cholesterol and LDL you need to be active throughout the day , start with any sport or regular exercise routine.Don’t forget to watch on daily meals.
