I was doing intermittent fasting One meal some time and two meals some time in a day From last week my bp raised is it due to dietary changes I reduce some weight and triglycerides was 350 previously now it becomes 228but this new thing is happy no any symptoms, only muscle pain at upper back both sides. I don't want to take any medicine can it will reduce to normal if I improve my lifestyle by lowering sodium intake,brisk walking for 30min,oil free diet etc Kindly suggest proper advice thank you
