Yes you can. But before taking Azithromycin, please be sure that you actually have fever, i.e. thermometer record your temperature above 100°F. If not, take only pcm 650 twice or on sos basis.
This will save you from taking unnecessary antibiotics which has no additional benefit if you do actually have fever.
