Ayurvedic substitute for coffee?
Coffee and tea increase blood pressure and vata dosha, so is drinking milk with ashwagandhadhi powder a good substitute? Or boost and horlicks type of stuff? Some kind of tea? What does ayurveda recommend so we can drink something else instead of coffee? If I knew details, i could consult you. Thank you.

You can use a herbal coffee which you can also make it at home Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dried ginger, fenugreek and cardamom in a ratio 2:1:1:1/4:1/4 . Fry these and make powder then mix well. Can use this instead of coffee or tea. Add palm jaggery for sweet.
