Ayurvedic or Homeopathic Treatment
I had OCD 4 years ago and had habits of repetitive checking and some songs or music getting stuck & getting played in my head continuously. I took Allopathic medicine since then. But I felt as if Allopathic medicine made my condition worse. I took Allopathic medicine for 2 yrs bt then I started taking Ayurvedic medicine for 6 mnths.I left taking any medicine about an year now. Although, my checking habit is cured bt I'm still facing issue of songs and music getting stuck in my head and is continuously playing in my head. It has frustrated me badly. It doesn't allow me to study, concentrate and think. Whenever songs start getting played in my head my head gets heavy and my thinking, talking and concentrating ability get worst. I am irritated with this condition. Plz suggest me best treatment for this, should I opt for AYURVEDIC OR HOMEOPATHIC Treatment. I don't want to resort to ALLOPATHIC medicine I want to get freedom from this condition 😭😭. Respected doctors Plzzzzzzzz help.🙏🙏🙏.

It is important to study your case before jumping into recommendations. As a Psychiatrist I can tell you OCD is a manageable problem . From my experience I can tell you I have not had any OCD client who has not shown signs of recovery . Also I want to stress this point that medications have to be combined with therapy to improve OCD.
