Ayurvedic medicines after tea
I take cup of tea and two bananas in breakfast. I've been prescribed ashwagandha and shankhpushpi in morning and evening. Can I take these meds after tea?

You can take after a proper gap of 10-15 minutes after food as other medicines . If your doctor prescribed these medicines you can take after having your routine breakfast which you are taking as tea and bananas as you told .
