Isabgol is not harmful during pregnancy. ..but please consult near by ayurvedic physician let him check the patient and her prakruti, dosh etc and then decide laxative ....Do not take laxatives other than advised by ayurvedic doctor.

No study till now to suggest isabgol is bad for pregnancy,till if you fill any rash or anything.you should consult your doctor .regards www.junankarayurveda.com
