I am hiv positive from last six months and taking dolturegravir 50mg, tenofovir 300mg and lamivudine 300mg I took following ayurvedic drugs 1 Giloy 2 Kayakalp vati for skin issues 3 Punarnawa di mandoor for kidney health 4 smriti saagar ras and asvagandha powder for depression Can i take all these herbal medicine with my hiv drugs Is it not safe to take all these herbal medicine with my hiv drugs Please give exact answer related to my query

If you want exact answer take giloy only ,  in tablet ,or powder form , it is better if you get fresh giloy juice(varified), 100ml twice daily , it will really help you along with your previous medications

Hi Take your medicine regular for HiV. Second you can take ayurvedic medicine along with it between the gap of half an hr. 3rd if you do yoga and exercise daily then you can win your life. Do not take tension or any Kinde of stress. Drink leukiwarm water. Do meditation daily at night before sleep. Every person is suffering from many disease the main thing is how you deal with your problem. If you live happily then you can win your life.you can enjoy every moment of life it all depends on you. So do not take any kide of stress. Add one tea spoon of Badam oil in cow milk and take it before sleep. If you stay positive in life then every thing happen positive with you . Maintain healthy diet and do not stop yoga and exercise.

You can take these Ayurvedic medicines and medicines for hiv , but should keep a gap of one hour. Also follow the advices given by your doctor. Try to keep a positive mental health..

Just keep this in mind, there are no contraindications of taking ayurvedic or allopathic medicines together but you must have a gap of about half an hour or 45 minutes between taking them. First take allopathic medicines and after 30-45 minutes take ayurvedic medicines.
