I am 55 years lady. I don't have notable family problems. My problem is when ever I see the news channels of Bharath, or read news papers, my mind starts worrying about the future of my country and future generation. Even though no one could believe, I won't be able to have food or have proper sleep. I will become very weak due to this. many a times, my own friends and kins laugh at me when I expressed my anguish on news. So I fear discussing any issues with anybody.

Psychodiagnostic testing is used to help diagnose and clarify concerns regarding behavior, personality traits, mood, emotional functioning, and cognitive processes.
Psychodiagnostic assessment may be helpful:
1.When a client is not responding to psychopharmaco therapy / psychopharmaceutical treatment and a clarification of diagnosis is needed.
2.When there is a history of trauma (especially long-term exposure) and there are concerns that current symptoms may be partially attributed to these experiences.
3.When substance abuse is suspected as a primary contributor to other psychological disorders, or when it has developed as a secondary problem due to an individual's inability to utilize healthier and more adaptive coping mechanisms.
4.When there are problems in interpersonal relationships, especially when these issues are significantly impacting an individual's functioning.
5.When you are confused regarding the source of a yours behavioural or emotional problems.
6.When there is a history or current problem with self-harm or suicidal ideation

Hi... I am glad that you have approached this portal for your concerns. The symptoms of aversion to food and sleeplessness in response to worry towards young generation and nation at large is an altruistic response by your body. (Altruism is the belief that the well-being of others is equally, if not more, important than the well-being or survival of the self.) Unfortunately, your body is not able to channelize your altruistic mechanism and giving rise to symptoms rather than a constructive action. If channelized, I am sure, you will be able to find ways to do something useful for the society in your own small ways and help reduce your anguish. Hope this answer helps you.
