Doc told me that my son is mild autistic she has given me the question are which I filled honestly and then she told ur son son is mild autistic and prescribe sharpz tablet and cognicare syrup for three months bt I am confused that is my son having autism or not actually he had screen time a lot during his first 2 years now he is 2.5 years

Best is to continue therapy and if you want then get a second opinion from a neuro developmental pediatrician. Behavior therapy, speech therapy have shown excellent results in mild autism. Please opt for these as early as possible as these will help your child a lot

Early diagnosis and proper treatment with ABA will give excellent Neurodevelopment, Not to get confused about whether your child is having Autism or not but the final answer is your child should improve to more than normal with the help of your treating doctor particularly Neurodevelopmental Pediatrician.
