Yes sir I can understand..austism l carnosine syrup is very helpful according to mutuple studies and continue therapy sessions even few famous scientists born with ASD so don't think negative and another thing iron supplements you can give but not in excess amount

It is better to get his hemoglobin check first and better to check Iron profile before starting iron supplement
