Report shows that you have Urinary tract infection (UTI).
Repeated or continuous UTI can be a reason for developing pyelonephritis ( inflammation of kidneys).
If your UTI is not cured since the last 3 months, probably you're taking the wrong antibiotics. The attached report mentions the antibiotic that can combat your infection.
