At home wart remover burning skin

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I used Wartner on one of my warts but it also got on some halthy skin as well. My skin had a very bad reaction to it and is burning very badly. The gel has no dried and i tried scrubbing it off with water and a towel but it will not come off
