Your history suggests a recurrent airway–allergy cycle: • Cold → post-nasal drip → bronchitis → wheezing This pattern is typical of: • **Allergic Rhinitis + post-nasal drip • With airway hyperreactivity / early Asthma tendency Regarding Seacod (cod liver oil): • It may support general immunity (vitamin A, D, omega-3) • But it will NOT break this cycle or treat the root cause
Next Steps
Focus should be on long-term control of allergy + airway inflammation: • Continue inhaler regularly (not just during attacks) • Add/optimize: – Nasal steroid spray (for post-nasal drip) – Anti-allergic (like **Levocetirizine if needed) • Consider evaluation for: – Allergy triggers – Spirometry (to confirm asthma component)
Health Tips
• Avoid triggers: dust, cold air, strong smells • Steam inhalation during colds • Regular saline nasal rinses • Don’t stop inhaler abruptly • Maintain good sugar control (important for immunity) ⚠️ Red flags: • Frequent night-time wheezing • Repeated need for antibiotics • Breathlessness increasing ⸻
