Asked for Male, 25 Years

She suffers from swollen feet every day, her joints hurt, in case of an injury the scar remains for a long time. She has been diagnosed with thyroid and her uric acid is at border level (4.4). She is currently taking D3 and dexorange medicine which apparently isn't working... Is she suffering from Autoimmune disease? If yes how can we confirm the same? Please help
