Sir my gf took unwanted 72 at 7 p.m but she had a vomit at 11 p.m(4 hours after) so should i repeat the tablet? taking secnd tablet is harmful?

When was her last periods? Whether cycles are regular or not? Also taking 2pills cn delayed her nxt menstrual cycle. .. Consult direct than only i cn advise if she needs to take 1more pill.. Also if she has vomited after first, she ll vomit again.. So i ll hv to prescribe something else also..
