USG WHOLE abdomen advisable external piles.
Locally apply oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication, two times a day.
ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for five days for pain.
MONTEK LC ONE at night for five days for itch.
Defcort 500 two times a day after food for three weeks for tag.
