You have been prescribed mood stablizer along with antidepressant and anxiolytic, Do not adjust the dose of lithium and valproate on your own, * You can plan a consultation with your psychiatrist so that symptoms can be reviewed and medications can be tapered as propranolol or escitalopram

This treatment seems like a cocktail without any rationale. Treatment of bipolar disorder is different from what we do in unipolar depression and is often difficult to treat but with dose optimization patient often improves. This treatment seems nothing less than that of a joke
Next Steps
optimization of meds by a psychiatrist

Hi. It seems difficult to give even a second opinion without eliciting proper history in your case. However, do not skip thyronorm if you suffer from hypothyroidism. Give your medicines some time.
