Good morning doctor I am from trivandram...working as an pc..moslty we go for night shifts... i got an street dog scratch last month and i go for Govt hospital I unndrgone 0 3 7 day dose ... but inbetween the last dose again i got an wound by dog...again i taken for 0 3 7 days dosages... later that i came to know that the vaccine is not required... but today early  morning while returning from the shift an street dog kept its mouth and i got an slight wound...the cut is not deepp..i washed with water...blood stopped and it looks like an small scratch..what should I do now doctor...

If you finished 28th day dose in your first schedule no need to repeat it again. If not , finish 28th day scheduled dose. No need to give again upto one year. And if recent bite is superficial no need for immunoglobulin injection. If any signs of infection use antibiotics
