Arthritis, may be not sure
Often (from 6yrs) I get severe pain in shoulder, knee pain, palm pain, joint pain, bone paim once in 15days.. I had taken calcirol for several months , uric acid is also normal.. I take dolonex Dr tablet for severe pain but dint find permanent solutions..
I have avoided spinach and mushroom also..
Can you plz advise here.
