Armpit fat in both sides.
Hello sir/Madam, My wife has armpit fat, which developed after the delivery of our child. Despite it being five years since the delivery, this armpit fat remains unchanged. She has pain when pressing & discomfort also from these & this is in both armpits. Please check the attached snap.

This is accessory breast tissue. It's not harmful to you. But if it is bothering you, get it removed surgically
