Hi Please don't take any supplement on your own. They may do more harm than good. So better to take proteins in natural form like pulses, dals, sprouts, lentils, eggs, fish, milk, curds, soy nuggets, seeds and nuts. You can easily gain weight, consultant directly to solve your health issues. Thanks

Hi Food is medicine, medicine can be food especially in case of sorting out weight issues, like weight loss or weight gain so just eat a little more quantity of what u eat for bfast , lunch or dinner ex u eat three oldies eat four or 6, for lunch add 1 extra roti or 50g more rice. Evening 4 o clock add a protein snack like boiled Chenna, groundnuts, bread cheese sandwich with butter, egg, vegs etc add nuts in your diet. Do small repetitions of dumb bells or bench press to develop ur arm muscles. Use the supplement once in a while ex when u r travelling and not able to have the extra snack or eat less quantity of a meal, as protein supplement taken in excess can lead to liver, kidney issues if consumed in the long run
