Apple cider vinegar
As per many Doctor reply on ACV. Some say that take acv in morning and some say that take it 1/2 hour before food and some say to take it with salads as well and some say to take it at night. What is best. As in morning i usually take raw garlic with lemon juice due to high LDL/ vldl. My weight is 81 Rest some time I take ACV with 5 min gap of food In day time or sometimes at night after food

The acv  may slow down the emptying of your stomach and prevent spikes in the blood sugar level. ACV consumption has also been proven beneficial in increasing insulin sensitivity. Drinking acv  particularly at night can be more beneficial than having it any other time of the day
