Any idea what my constant body pains are
I have had joint and muscle pain since I was around 16, I’m 25 now and I feel as though I’m slowly deteriorating. I’m stiff all the time and after work my muscles in my back and shoulder blade protrude. I limp because of my hip and my shoulder and back are just as bad. I’ve had so many tests done and nothing is coming back as the cause of my pain, just “a little inflammation”. I have premature ovarian failure as well as osteopenia, I’ve been taking Naproxen recently and it has helped SO much.

Sounds like fibromyalgia. You Should ideally see a physiotherapist who can teach you stretching n general exercise that you can do to help with the pain.
