Hi, Anxiety is a very common part of our life. We should know how to deal with it and learn coping skills, as life keeps throwing challenges at us. Many a times anxiety keeps us motivated and makes us to accomplish lot of work, at the same time anxiety can also cause lot of worries and lead to unnecessary overthinking, restlessness, irritability. If this negative symptoms and negative thoughts continue for longer duration of time then it starts disturbing a routine Which can lead to sleep disturbances, low confidence, low self esteem continuous negative thoughts, constant worrying. We humans are different from each other, no human is perfect hence we all have our own limitations and these limitations can be different for different people. Maybe you are a sensitive personality. Sensitive personality can have lot of strengths skills intelligence and capabilities, but may have less tolerance or capabilities to face emotional stressful condition. Hence they might suffer lot of discomfort during these emotional stressful conditions like the symptoms which I mentioned earlier like sleep disturbances, restlessness anxiety, irritability, lack of concentration difficulty in memory and unnecessary and overthinking

Fear of getting infection will make you alert, vigilant& careful , it okay to have. But excessive fear out of proportion causing disturbance into your personal, social & professional life will induce phobia of getting infection, now this is not good at all. First all getting infection is a chance / propabilty ,so basic you can do to avoid that probality is, just follow government guidelines to be protected from infection. Secondly, Any infection is not deadly if it is managed properly, so be relaxed and calm. Thirdly just focus on present moment ,no past no future. Be alert in present. Start some recreational activities, do your hobbies, quality of time spending with family members.. Do basic excercise or yoga or meditation you can follow any person for these 3. Stop talking, seeing, listening about corona news. It will help to reduce your thoughts regarding corona. Proper sleep of average 7 to 8 is must Relaxation therapy is good to practice for 2 to 3 time in a day . Still feels fear/phobia. Medicines are must only after consultation of ,"Psychiatrist". No other heath professionals can be consulted for the above issue.
