Anxiety, stress, mood fluctuations,
I've been experiencing behavioural problems, I behave in very rude manner to my near and dear ones like my parents, but later on feel guilty of it a lot. Sometimes I do not feel like doing any thing, and just drown into thoughts like 'what if...'.Anxiety drags down my enthusiasm to study, sometimes I feel like behaving rudely to everyone just to purposefully make myself alone.I feel my self to be a useless creature, and often fail to gather hope for life ahead. I suffer from lack of sleep at night, and thus feel sleepy the rest of the day.afternoons are marked by acute headaches.vomiting tendency is often felt as well. Am a patient of Poly cystic ovary syndrome , and am under medication.Initialy I associated all these with the hormonal problems I have, and thus tagged it as pre-menestrual syndrome, but these do not get reduced periodically, as it should in case of PMS. I am going through all these for about an year.

I went through your query in detail and can understand what you must be going through. It takes a lot of courage to admit that something's wrong with self and even more in seeking help. I appreciate your doing both. From what you have mentioned, it seems that you are suffering from an emotionally unstable personality which is leading to all your problems. However a detailed evaluation is needed to reach a definite conclusion. You should seek a psychiatric consultation for the same. Treatment will mostly include psychotherapy with or without medication. Psychotherapy will aim at improving your coping skills and addressing your emotions.
Next Steps
Seek a psychiatric consultation.
Health Tips
Start exercising daily. Start writing diary daily to vent out your feelings.
