Anxiety?? scared its heart related
About four weeks ago I went to hospital with chest pain, lightheaded nausea, they dine two eggs which were normal, pulse was 140bmp which gradually came back to normal. Doc said it was a panic attack. Since then I have a horrible nervous tight feeling in chest and stomach. Constable feel like in dyin. Is this really anxiety. Doc prescribed diazepam which did help a bit

Yes it pretty much looks like anxiety / panic attack to me. .
Don't need to be scared.
Talk to your doctor about it I'm sure he will be able to help you further.
Or you can get yourself Checked out by a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and treatment.
