The symptoms you have described fit in with depression but there is also a possibility of your personality reacting to external events in a particular way . In that case along with the treatment of depression we need to work together to understand this in detail and to develop alternative ways for reaction/ response.
Next Steps
you need to consult a a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation

Hello,
You have described your problems in detail.
These can be the symptoms of depression.
Depression has following symptoms:
Feeling sad, lack of interest in activities and talking to people, unable to experience pleasure, frequent crying spells, disturbed sleep and appetite, negative thoughts about self and future.
If these symptoms have been happening to you for more than 2 weeks and they are bothering you to the extent that you are unable to do the daily tasks and unable to maintain good relations with family and friends, then this would require medicines or therapy/counselling.
Next Steps
You should immediately consult a psychiatrist for the same.
