Anxiety pain or left side chest pain

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have ibs problem ,low menstrual, all report are normal but CBC report shows mild anemia . Gastroenterology gave me nexito 5mg for 1 month .after taking 1 month no pain feel chest pain .but now again I have feel left side chest pain and headache and left side hand pain all cardio report normal(TMT,echo,ECG ) creatinine show 0.4,hb continue drop value 10.2,
