Anxiety or depression or both
So here's the thing. I'm 19 and for a year now I haven't really been myself. I was always a nervous child but recently the smallest of things have been getting to me. My throat feels tight and choked, chest hurts and tightens. Stomach is in knots. I can't even sleep some days. I feel like crying. A lot but then I cant and thats frustrating. There's no serious trigger. I haven't been bullied or beaten or been sexually assaulted. I go through all the things that any other young adult does but somehow I cant seem to handle all these things as well as the other kids. I can't even breath when I'm anxious. I don't feel like being around people, even my own family. I'm just so dull but there are a few good days. I dont know. I guess I just need to know if im overreacting. If this happens to everybody or is something wrong. Do I need therapy?
