I often find myself feeling helpless when it comes to things like me losing weight, or that i dont deserve my husband. I often force myself to laugh at things ,but inner me is not happy and dont want to really laugh. I often feel like i put a mask on to not make others think something is wrong with me. Most importantly i feel like i lash out at my daughter and she doesnt deserve it and im not a good mom to her because of the way I often feel, i dont want to talk or play or listen to her. Help.

I Think u are going to a deep emotional disturbance fromlong lasting. This long lasting grief makes us depressed, increase our anxiety, decrease our tolerance level, decrease our moral and rational thinking.
I think u should consult psychologist online or offline and go for counselling and psychotherapy to know ur exact cause and to find a suitable way to cure it.
