Hi
This could happen due to many reasons. You must have a detailed psychotherapy session , you can do this online or face to face by a Clinical Psychologist. I feel you need a neutral space where you can talk about what you are feeling without being judged. Moreover Psychotherapy will also benefit in getting to the root of the problem so that I can be solved properly. Incase of need Psychologist may also refer you to a Psychiatrist. So consult a Psychologist, better times are waiting ahead.
