Suddenly my hands were shivering, dizziness. and i feel something will happen. and acidity problem in stomach. at that time i feel so much fear.after sometime its automatically settle down. but at that time i feel worst. and whenever i slept at day time when i wakeup i get internal shivering. Idont know is it anxiety or any other problem.
