Hello Seems like you may be having health anxiety (Hypochondria). Pls consult with a Psychologist for further assessment. CBT and Exposure  therapies can work for this anxiety thoughts. Don't panic. Be relax. Everything will be alright.

Hi... Please consult a Psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions on Weekly basis. Psychotherapy is the best treatment for such issues. You will see improvement within 6-8 weeks into Therapy. Complete recovery may take some time (4-6 months), depending upon the case.
